The Raider-X1 vest has a unique aluminum buckle that enables the fighter to open and close the vest with one hand, reduces the weight of the vest, and allows an optimal fit. The modular vest also allows hard armor to be inserted into its front, back or sides. Included in the Raider-X1 is the T-Belt, an integrated internal cummerbund system that supports the fighter’s lower back andis designed to transfer weight from the shoulders down to the waist.
NVISOL, a subsidiary of Marom Dolphin, introduces the Orion System kit for the first time at Eurosatory. The kit includes a textile cover for the tactical helmet that incorporates a built-in camera – CONTOUR+2 – with an integral GPS, a NIGHTOUR IR flashlight for night vision, an external power pack, and an interface for downloading information and for charging. The system enables video capturing via the helmet’s camera during the day and in complete darkness, up to a distance of 25 meters. The lightweight solution, developed for use in extreme field conditions, enables intuitive operation without the need for adjustments to the existing helmet cover. According to Shlomo Baime, V.P. Marketing, “These two new products provide an answer for the special needs of the fighter, both in the battlefield and during ongoing operational activity, allowing him to perform professionally and efficiently. These systems enable easier mobility and ease the load weight on the fighter’s back – while capturing the entire activity for post-activity debriefing.” |
