Designed to serve in extreme climate conditions, the Hudson APC has an auxiliary air conditioning system as well as exhaust fan for quick ventilation and air re-circulation, which improves the passengers’ environment. Supported by a 4.5L Diesel V8 and five-speed manual transmission, the new Hudson APC is characterized by a high level of off-road performance and maneuverability in crowd-control situations. In order to meet transportation regulations of various countries, the Hudson APC is offered in both left-hand-drive as well as right-hand-drive configurations.
“This highly-maneuverable and configurable armored personnel carrier can be easily custom-fitted with various technologies and systems making it a great choice for law enforcement agencies,” said David Khazanski, CEO, INKAS® Armored Vehicle Manufacturing. “We are proud to provide the highest standards of quality, design and workmanship in the industry”. This INKAS APC comes with perimeter armoring of the passenger compartment in accordance with CEN 1063 Level BR6. In addition to multi-layer ballistic glass, the vehicle engine bay and key mechanicals components are armored in order to ensure ongoing service on the field. To better perform in emergency situations, the Hudson APC has removable wire mesh glass protection, external view cameras providing 360° F.O.V. and a siren/PA system. Equipped with two escape hatches, perimeter wrapping gun ports, the vehicle is as tactical as it is dependable. Moreover, the wide F.O.V from within the driver cabin as well as electronic night vision system really make the Hudson APC an ideal choice for larger fleets in remote areas. INKAS Armored utilizes a new generation of armoring materials that meet international standards in terms of resistance while weighing as little as half of what industry-standard armor plates of the same size weigh. Light-weight armor allows INKAS to increase vehicles’ mobility and speed performance in comparison with the similar models in the market. |
