U.S. Company Navistar will deliver 40 MaxxPro Dash DXM 4x4 MRAP vehicle to Pakistan.
Navistar Defense LLC, Lisle, Illinois, was awarded a $35,077,157 firm-fixed-price, foreign military sales contract for the procurement of 40 Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) MaxxPro Dash DXM foreign military sales vehicles to Pakistan with various support items, and contractor logistics and technical support services.

In September 2014, the U.S. approved a US $198 million sale for 160 Navistar MaxxPro MRAPs, at least some of which have been ordered and delivered to Pakistan.

The International MaxxPro Dash is a smaller, lighter and more mobile version of the basic version MaxxPro MRAP family designed and manufactured by Company Navistar International. The DXM version uses an improved suspension system.

The International MaxxPro Dash MRAP with the DXM suspension system is designed to increase off-road mobility capabilities vehicle.

The mine-resistant, ambush-protected vehicle equipped with the DXM suspension system from Hendrickson Truck Suspension Systems and AxleTech International is also in service with the U.S. Marine Corps.

The MaxxPro Dash vehicle incorporates the design of a crew capsule with a V-shaped hull, which is mounted on the Navistar International model 7000 chassis. The purpose of the V-hull is to deflect the blast of either a land mine or an IED away from the vehicle.

The MaxxPro Dash can be fitted with armored glass turret, armed with a 7.62 mm or 12.7 mm machine gun.The MaxxPro Dash is also ready to be equipped with a remote controlled weapon station armed with weapons up to 12.7mm calibre or an 40 mm automatic grenade launcher.
