AT IDEF 2021, the International Defense Exhibition in Turkey, the Turkish company Profen showcases its light Manpack Satellite Terminal. With its Total weight of 16 kg (without case) and compact design, it facilitates a one-man setup and operation.

PROFEN Manpack Satellite Terminals offer a lightweight, portable Satcom solution for the communication needs of a dismounted soldieror first responder in highly rural areas and harsh environments. Besides the exceptional RF performance, Profen Manpack Satellite Terminals offer several operational and logistical advantages over its competitors.
Its compact design and intelligent packaging concept facilitate a one-man setup and operation. The terminal can be packed in a backpack and carried in the airline overhead compartment. It also has the optional feature of a hard transit case for carrying in airline baggage.
