Cutting edge technologies that deliver defence and security solutions across multi-domains will be at the centre of BAE Systems’ exhibit at next week’s IDEX 2021.

The show, which takes place from 21 - 25 February at ADNEC (Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre), is also an opportunity for BAE Systems to demonstrate the established partnerships the company has across the Middle East.

Partnership creation has been a central pillar of BAE Systems’ presence in the Middle East for many years and a number of those partners will be present on the BAE Systems stand including Kingdom Partner Companies (KPC) which deliver technologies, training, and capability into Saudi Arabia.

Other BAE Systems capabilities on the stand include the Digital Light Engine (DLE) and LiteHUD® Head-Up Displays, and the low-cost, combat-proven APKWS® Laser-Guided Rocket.

The stand will also feature a number of autonomous capabilities including the Riptide ™ Autonomous Unmanned Undersea Vehicle, the Pacific 24 (P24) Rigid Inflatable Boat (RIB), and the PHASA-35® solar electric unmanned air vehicle.

Visitors to the BAE Systems stand will learn about the Eurofighter Typhoon, the most advanced multi-role combat aircraft available on the market today, as well as BAE Systems’ role in the F-35 Lightning II programme.

Other BAE Systems products on display will include the Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) systems, the Common Missile Warning System (CMWS), Tactical Radio Systems, and M-Code military GPS products.

The Applied Intelligence (AI) division’s cyber capabilities will be on display at the show. AI provides support to a number of customers across the region, defending against cybercrime and reducing risk in the connected world.
