Germany delivers 2,420 RGW 90 anti-tank weapons and anti-tank mines to Ukraine.
According to information published by the German newspaper website "SPIEGEL", in the past two weeks, Germany would have already delivered to Ukraine 2,450 RGW 90 man-portable anti-tank weapons, 1,600 DM22 and 3,000 DM31 anti-tank mines.

Citing information from the German Newspaper "SPIEGEL" the man-portable anti-tank weapons would have been ordered and paid for by Ukraine while the anti-tank mines DM22 and DM31 come from German army stocks.
At the beginning of the conflict, Germany announced it was sending 1,000 anti-tank weapons, 500 Stinger surface-to-air missiles, around 2,700 ex DDR SA-7 Strela man-portable air defense missile systems, and ammunition to Ukraine.
On March 30, 2022, Germany announced the delivery of military equipment and weapons to Ukraine including 2,650 anti-tank weapons, 3,000 night-vision devices, thousands of protective vests and helmets, radar systems, 18 reconnaissance drones, and armored vehicles.
On April 26, 2022, Army Recognition reported that Germany has approved the delivery of Gepard 35mm self-propelled anti-aircraft mobile gun systems to Ukraine and in May 2022, it was announced that Germany will deliver seven PzH 2000 to Ukraine.
The RGW 90 also called Matador in the German army is a 90mm man-portable anti-tank weapon system manufactured by the German-based company Dynamit Nobel Defence. It is designed to engage and destroy a variety of ground-based targets including main battle tanks, light armored vehicles, fortified facilities, bunkers, wall structures, and fixed shelters. It has an effective firing range of 500 m.
The unguided rocket of the RGW 90 can be fitted with different types of warheads including HEAT (High-Explosive Anti-Tank) or HESH (High-Explosive Squash Head). the 2.5kg HEAT warhead has the capacity to defeat 500mm RHA (rolled homogeneous armor) of armored vehicles.
