Among the products exhibited were innovative weapon systems, advanced missiles, and sophisticated locally-produced drones. One of the prominent showcases was the multiple rocket launcher Hatf-9/Nas, a powerful and versatile weapon system developed to bolster Pakistan's defensive capabilities.
Visitors also had the opportunity to witness the FATAH-1. The FATAH-1 boasts a Circular Error Probable (CEP) of less than 50 meters, ensuring precise strikes on targets, be it enemy military bases, heavily armored troops, missile launching sites, large airports, or ports. This accuracy minimizes collateral damage and maximizes the impact of each strike.
Capable of engaging targets within a range of 70 to 140 kilometers, one of the key advantages of the FATAH-1 is its ability to self-position and orient with precision. Equipped with an advanced Integrated Fire Control System (CTI), the FATAH-1 optimizes targeting and missile guidance mechanisms, ensuring seamless coordination between the missile and the launch platform.
The FATAH-1's compatibility with various munitions allows military forces to tailor their attacks according to the specific nature of the target. Whether utilizing a blast fragmentation warhead or other specialized warheads, the FATAH-1 adapts to mission requirements.
With its operational flexibility, the FATAH-1 finds applications in various scenarios, ranging from conventional warfare to counter-terrorism operations. Its ability to engage up to 8 different targets within an 8 km x 8 km square at its maximum range of 140 km makes it a valuable asset for precision strikes.
In terms of drones, Pakistan showcased the UAV Shahpar-3, boasting a flight endurance of 24 hours and a maximum payload capacity of 250 kg.
The presentation of Pakistani equipment at IDEF'23 was an opportunity for the country to showcase its achievements in the defense sector. The event further strengthened Pakistan's position as a significant player in regional and global security.
