At its core, the Cerberus GLH represents a notable advancement in aerial fire support technology. Equipped with Skyborne's Havoc 40mm Launcher, it is being marketed as a man-packable multiple-shot system capable of accommodating five standard low-velocity NATO 40mm rounds, with in-flight round selection as a unique feature.

The Cerberus GLH emphasizes portability, with a weight of under 14 kg (dependent on configuration), allowing for rapid deployment from a backpack to operational status via quick-release arms.

In contrast to conventional aerial fire support systems, which are often single-use or "fire and forget" in nature, the Cerberus GLH is designed to offer precise support across a range of targets, including light armored vehicles, while aiming to minimize collateral damage during anti-personnel missions. Additionally, operators have the capability to perform Battle Damage Assessments (BDA) for critical beyond-line-of-sight (BLOS) targets while staying in cover.

The UAV's tri-tilt copter platform has been engineered to manage recoil efficiently, facilitating a compact and robust recoil recovery profile with recovery times of less than a second. This design feature also eliminates the need for a separate gimbal, enabling precise payload pointing capabilities.

Key specifications of the Cerberus GLH encompass a Maximum Takeoff Weight (MTOW) ranging from 10 to 14 kg (depending on armament and battery configuration), flight endurance varying from 15 to 25 minutes (based on configuration), and compact dimensions for easy transport and deployment. Optional gimballed EO/IR cameras offer enhanced situational awareness, while high-mounted armaments increase recoil robustness. Tilt-rotor technology enables payload pointing, enhancing adaptability.
