At the World Defense Show (WDS) 2024 in Saudi Arabia CLS's MCAV 005 was highlighted with its outdoor demonstration. The show served as a global gathering for professionals to showcase advanced technologies, further establishing Saudi Arabia as a significant force in the defense sector.

Equipped with an engine capable of delivering 246 kW (330 horsepower) and a torque of 1118 Nm, the MCAV 005 is designed to meet the demanding requirements of defense missions. It has a curb mass of 7520 kg and a gross vehicle weight of 9500 kg, combined with a payload capacity of 1980 kg. Designed to carry up to 8 occupants (2 crew members plus 6 passengers), its dimensions of 6.13 meters in length, 2.4 meters in width, and 2.5 meters in height, along with its flexible electrical system (12V with an option for a 24V mission equipment alternator and battery pack), make it suitable for a wide range of military applications.

The resilience of the MCAV 005 to extreme conditions is guaranteed by its specifications for Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) climates, a range of 700 km, and a tire size of 335/80 R20. Its ballistic protection meets the STANAG 4569 KE Level 3 standard, providing resistance against various threats, while its protection against landmines and vehicle-side improvised explosive devices (IEDs) ensures maximum safety for its occupants. The vehicle's ability to reach a maximum speed of 110 km/h, combined with a turning circle radius of 7.5 meters and exceptional maneuverability capabilities (34° approach and 33° departure angles, a trench crossing capability of 0.7 m, and a gradient capability of 60%), distinguish it as an advanced solution for land mobility.

Furthermore, the MCAV 005 is equipped to support various remote-controlled weapon stations, thereby increasing its versatility on the battlefield. Its design allows for easy integration into transport aircraft such as the C17 and C130, facilitating logistics and rapid deployment during operations.
