EVPÚ Defence will equip the CV90 IFVs with a state-of-the-art commander’s sight. This advanced system enables vehicle commanders to conduct observation, reconnaissance, and target acquisition effectively. It integrates a day zoom camera, a cooled thermal imaging camera, and a laser rangefinder, allowing the commander to operate efficiently in all light and weather conditions, both day and night.

The commander’s sight is designed to withstand harsh conditions, with a ruggedized body resistant to shocks and vibrations. It also features ballistic protection to prevent damage from indirect hits. This system is a critical component of the vehicle's equipment, providing a comprehensive overview of the battlefield, accelerating response times to threats, and enhancing decision-making efficiency during operations.

This collaboration is not the first between EVPÚ Defence and the Czech Land Forces. The company has previously supplied remote-controlled weapon stations for machine guns up to 12.7 mm caliber, gunner’s sights, and a modular situational awareness system to the Czech military. Additionally, EVPÚ Defence offers a range of other military systems, including laser and radar warning systems and remote-controlled weapon stations for machine guns up to 7.62 mm caliber. The company's expertise and focus on export markets have made its defense and security solutions well-regarded and utilized worldwide.
