The MV-4 distinguishes itself by its ability to withstand detonations from anti-personnel (AP) mines and UXOs (unexploded ordnance) of similar intensity, thanks to its sturdy structure and low profile. It can also withstand anti-tank (AT) mine explosions, providing comprehensive protection against threats on the battlefield.
Featuring an operational range of up to 1500 meters and remote control capabilities, the MV-4 offers maximum operational flexibility. Its front and rear exchangeable tools enable rapid adaptation to various mine clearance and EOD missions.
The MV-4 system is designed to operate day and night, with lighting equipment, low-light cameras, and an IR system. Its full-body protection in Hardox 450 ensures maximum durability in the field, while its on and off-road mobility is facilitated by low-profile tracks and rubber pads.
The MV-4's self-recovery capabilities, including extension arms and a winch, enhance its ability to operate in challenging environments. Additionally, its extended EOD capabilities, such as manipulation, interrogation, cutting, and device neutralization, make it a versatile tool for various missions in the field.
The MV-4 is suitable for a range of applications, including mechanical ground preparation, demining, reconnaissance and surveillance missions, and mobility/counter-mobility. With its mission-oriented engineering concept, the MV-4 can be equipped with different tools to meet specific mission requirements.
