Sectra has a long-standing partnership with NATO, providing secure communication solutions for over two decades. "NATO has been using Sectra's solutions for secure communications for many years, and we have collaborated with the alliance for over 20 years. We are honored to continue being entrusted with securing their exchange of classified information," stated Jeroen de Muijnck, Managing Director of Sectra Communications BV. "This order confirms that our Sectra Tiger solution meets the high assurance requirements necessary for maintaining digital sovereignty."

Sectra Tiger/S is a quantum-resilient mobile communication solution, approved by national security authorities, the EU, and NATO for use up to and including the classification level SECRET. This solution allows users to share classified information through encrypted voice calls, messaging, and data transfers. Sectra Tiger/S offers high availability by utilizing a variety of IP networks, such as satellite, fixed, and mobile networks, for all types of communication.

The interoperability features of Sectra Tiger/S 7401 enable secure communication between nations and organizations and across different security levels while ensuring the integrity of each security domain.

To ensure maximum availability, Sectra Tiger/S has been designed to function anywhere, whether in an office, in the city, in the field, on board a vessel, or in a bunker. It offers the flexibility to connect through fixed or mobile networks. For mission-based operations, stable communication links are provided between the mission and headquarters using secure interfaces for satellite communication.

Sectra Tiger/S is designed to be as user-friendly as possible, with intuitive menus and operation. Making a secure phone call or sending an encrypted message to an authorized contact in the phonebook can be accomplished in just a few simple steps.

Encrypted data transfer is also simplified. Files can be sent from one classified environment to another without the need to encrypt/decrypt them in separate applications. By connecting the environment to Sectra Tiger/S, files can be sent directly through the Sectra Tiger/S encrypted channel, replacing crypto-fax or crypto-PC workflows.

Jeroen de Muijnck emphasized the importance of this collaboration: "We look forward to further developing this cooperation and continuing to support NATO with products that protect classified information, thereby enhancing efficient digital collaboration among NATO officials."
