The OPAL-M is a lightweight and quickly deployable solution, intended to meet the challenges of rapid maintenance of thermal and daytime riflescopes in a projectable maintenance workshop. Featuring a 100mm pupil and a field of view of over 2.2 degrees with diffraction-limited optical quality, this portable collimator is specifically designed to perform essential tests to verify the proper functioning of riflescopes. It can also project thermal targets for missile guidance systems. Tests include measuring alignment between the visible axis and the thermal axis, as well as the resolution of the visible and thermal channels.
