The event, held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, saw Streit Group presenting a comprehensive portfolio, including Armored Personnel Carriers (APCs), Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicles, Light Tactical Vehicles, armored boats, Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGVs), Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), jamming systems, gunshot detection systems, and advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) video radar technologies.
A highlight of the exhibition was the unveiling of the new Cobra 4 in two innovative variants: the Cobra 4 Support Utility Truck (SUT) and the Cobra 4 Light Armored Multirole Vehicle (LAMV). These additions to Streit Group's lineup are set to redefine standards in their respective categories.
The Cobra 4 SUT emerges as a pinnacle in Tactical Sport Utility Trucks, offering unmatched versatility and mobility. It is designed to perform in both urban and off-road conditions, ensuring the safe transport of a crew of four along with equipment for short to medium range missions. The vehicle boasts Stanag Level 2 Armor protection, an upgraded suspension, and is built on the all-new Kia Defense chassis, allowing it to navigate rough terrains and ford at depths of up to 0.5 meters.
On the other hand, the Cobra 4 LAMV is engineered for unparalleled mobility and agility. As a compact, capable Armored Personnel Carrier, it demonstrates formidable off-road capabilities, making it perfect for navigating both urban and rural combat environments. Capable of safely transporting a crew of eight, the LAMV is equipped with Stanag 2 armor, ballistic glass protection, run-flat tires, 2-point door locks, and air conditioning for enhanced combat readiness. It also offers options for recovery winches, towing pintles, and customer-specific remote weapon stations, ensuring adaptability to various mission requirements.
