The Turkish company Space & Defence Technologies (SDT) is currently showcasing its newest innovation, the FOX UAV System, at the World Defense Show (WDS) 2024, taking place from February 4th to 8th. This all-electric quadcopter is redefining the UAV industry with its flexible modular design, tailored for optimal performance in both short-range flights and operations at high altitudes.

The FOX UAV System, with its hybrid functionality, can seamlessly transition between rotary and horizontal flight modes, adapting to a wide array of missions with ease. It is engineered with four strategically placed motors and propeller sets, ensuring unmatched stability, control, and redundancy. This design not only enhances its reliability but also positions the FOX UAV as a critical tool for various missions across multiple sectors.

With its technical prowess, the FOX UAV boasts a wing span of 1,2 meters and a length of 1,4 meters, facilitating superior maneuverability. Equipped with a 124Ah battery, the UAV extends its range to 13.5 km, capable of operating up to 3000 meters Above Ground Level (AGL), with a maximum operational ceiling of 300 meters Above Mean Sea Level (AMSL).
