HENSOLDT is a global leader in defense electronics, offering a wide range of sensor solutions tailored to military and security applications. The company specializes in radar systems, electronic warfare, optronics, and avionics, providing comprehensive solutions for air, land, sea, and cyber defense. Emphasizing digitalization and software-defined technologies, HENSOLDT ensures its products remain adaptable to evolving threats and mission requirements. Its portfolio includes state-of-the-art air surveillance radars, naval defense systems, and high-precision optical and infrared sensors used in reconnaissance and targeting operations.

Beyond radar and sensor systems, HENSOLDT is at the forefront of electromagnetic spectrum dominance, providing cutting-edge electronic warfare solutions. Its spectrum monitoring and countermeasure systems support intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) missions, ensuring operational superiority in contested environments. With strategic partnerships worldwide and a focus on innovation, HENSOLDT continues to expand its technological capabilities, reinforcing its role as a key player in the global defense industry.

The Quadome Naval is a multifunctional surveillance radar designed for maritime missions in complex environments. It precisely detects and tracks aerial and surface threats, including fast-moving vessels, missiles, and enemy drones. Featuring a scalable software architecture, it ensures seamless integration with existing systems and enables rapid response to modern threats. Its ability to operate in both surveillance and self-defense modes makes it suitable for offshore patrol vessels (OPVs), corvettes, and light frigates.

HENSOLDT’s Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) system meets the latest NATO standards and enables immediate recognition of allied forces, reducing the risk of fratricide. It ensures optimal interoperability with allied nations while offering sovereign solutions for national operations. Its secondary surveillance interrogators adapt to congested airspace and the most demanding operational environments.

HENSOLDT also presented the PEGASUS program, an advanced airborne surveillance system designed for the Bundeswehr. Integrated into Bombardier Global aircraft, it facilitates the collection and analysis of electronic signals intelligence (SIGINT), enhancing Germany’s reconnaissance and surveillance capabilities. This program reflects HENSOLDT’s commitment to developing solutions that meet customer requirements while leveraging its expertise in advanced sensors.

Alongside these presentations, HENSOLDT announced a strategic partnership with Abu Dhabi Ship Building (ADSB) during IDEX 2025. This agreement aims to enhance collaboration in naval technology and deliver integrated solutions to regional maritime forces. The partnership with ADSB underscores HENSOLDT’s strategy to strengthen its market position in the Gulf by providing tailored technological solutions.

With more than two decades of presence in the MENA region, HENSOLDT continues to demonstrate its commitment to providing cutting-edge systems that address the evolving demands of the defense sector. Its participation in IDEX 2025 reinforces its position as a key player in military technology and international security.
