Multiple
batches of ship-borne J-15 fighters conducted take-off and landing training
on China’s first aircraft carrier “Liaoning Ship”,
which was first launched for scientific research experiments and training
this year, on June 19, 2013 in a sea area of the Bohai Sea. This is
another take-off and landing training by ship-borne J-15 fighters on
the “Liaoning Ship” after the J-15 fighters successfully
landed on and took off from the deck of the aircraft carrier for the
first time in November 2012. |
Since
it was launched on June 9, the “Liaoning Ship” has carried
out many scientific research experiments and training, such as experiment
on the adaptability of the ship and ship-borne J-15 fighters, flight
commanding and support operation training of the ship-borne J-15 fighters,
and landing technique recovery training of the ship-borne J-15 fighters.
It is learnt that the ship-borne J-15 fighters will also conduct the
first on-ship flight training on the “Liaoning Ship” during
the sea trial mission. |
