The
SAS Expo was established to bring the U.S. defense industry, private
sector and key military decision makers together for an annual innovative,
educational, professional and maritime–based event. The expo offers
professional development sessions, daily exhibit hall floor speaker
sessions, and numerous networking opportunities with leading professionals
within the Navy and defense industry.
The 80,000+ sq. ft. of exhibit space, just outside the heart of Washington,
D.C., is expected to attract more than 100 flag and general officers,
thousands of high–ranking, active duty officials from 14 U.S.
Sea Service Commands, more than 450 international military attendees,
and at least 200 exhibiting organizations.
“Holding prime contracts on SeaPort-e, SPAWAR System Center Pacific’s
Pillar PII 8(a) and Small Business Preferred IDIQ, as well as, CSA’s
recent award on GSA’s multi-government-agency vehicle, OASIS,
will make this expo an invaluable opportunity for CSA,” said Chip
Doering, CSA’s NAVSEA Accounts Director. “The SAS Expo provides
excellent networking opportunities for small businesses, like CSA, to
meet with key decision makers that may be looking to take advantage
of CSA’s contract vehicles.”
This year, CSA is excited to announce that they will not only be attendees
at this great event, but also exhibitors. Attendance is expected to
bring representatives from: NAVSEA, NAVAIR, OPNAV, SPAWAR, Navy BMD,
NAVSUP, NRL, ONR, MARCORSYSCOMM, MSC, and the U.S. Coast Guard, as well
