The Project 11442 missile cruiser Pyotr Veliky was put afloat in 1989 and joined the Russian Navy in 1998. The Project 11442 missile cruiser has a displacement of 24,500 tons, a length of 251 meters, a full capacity of 140,000 hp and a speed of 31 knots. The cruiser’s crew totals 728.
