Three aviation brigades and six helicopter regiments were rearmed with Ka-52 and Mi-28 helicopters, 20 missile regiments with S-400 systems, 23 divisions with Pantsir-S systems, 17 divisions with Bal and Bastion complexes," Shoigu noted.
