According to news published on June 5, 2020, by the Russian press agency TASS, the Tsiklon Karakurt-class missile corvette of project 22800 will reinforce the Russian Navy Black Sea Fleet by the end of the year.

The crew of the Karakurt-class corvette of project 22800 completed the first stage of training in the Russian Navy center. The Russian Navy is ready to accept the warships and begin trials, Russian Defense Ministry sources said. All the work is to be completed by the end of 2020 and the corvette will join the Russian Navy Black Sea fleet.
The Tsiklon is the first corvette of project 22800 to join the Black Sea fleet. It may change the name and is likely to be named after a Russian city before it joins the Navy.
Eighteen warships of the project are to operate in the Navy. It currently has the Mytishchi and the Sovetsk corvettes of project 22800 in the 36th brigade of missile boats of the Baltic fleet deployed in Baltiisk in Kaliningrad region. The Odintsovo third corvette is undergoing running trials and prepares to train fire. It will also operate in the Baltic fleet.
The Karakurt class Project 22800 Karakurt is Russia's latest class of missile corvettes under construction for the Russian Navy. The corvette is built with stealth technologies and is equipped with modern combat controls, detection, guidance, and communication devices.
The Karakurt class ships are capable of achieving and maintaining maritime supremacy of an assigned sea area and of delivering high-precision missile strikes against critical land facilities located at the depth of an enemy’s territory.
The Karakurt class Project 22800 is armed with 8 anti-ship missiles Club-N which has a range of 300 km, Pantsir-ME AA short-range air defense missile system, and artillery gun mount АK-176МА-01 76.2 mm caliber mounted at the front deck.
