According to a tweet published by the Turkish Navy on July 6, 2022, the Turkish corvette Burgazada conducted drills with the German corvette FGS Erfurt in Eastern Mediterranean.

TCG Burgazada (F-513) is an Ada-class ASW corvette of the Turkish Navy, built as the third combat ship of the MILGEM project. After outfitting works, sea trials began in March 2018. She was commissioned on 4 November 2018.
The design objective of the Ada class was to build a modern littoral combat ship, with national anti-submarine warfare and high-seas patrol capabilities, while extensively using the principles of low observable technology in its design.
The Ada class corvettes have a displacement of 2,400 long tons (2,440 t), is 99.50 m (326.4 ft) in length, 14.4 m (47 ft) in beam, and has a draft of 3.89 m (12.8 ft).
TCG Burgazada is an Ada-class corvette featuring a landing platform for ASW/ASuW helicopters and is teamed with Harpoon anti-surface missiles and a 76 mm (3 in) OTO Melara Super Rapid gun. She is equipped with the indigenously-developed combat management system GENESIS.
The class vessels are propelled by a RENK CODAG Cross-Connect propulsion plant. It consists of a gas turbine rated at 23,000 kilowatts (31,000 hp) and two diesel engines rated at 4,320 kW (5,790 hp).
