According to information published by Tass on February 10, 2023, the agreement between Moscow and Khartoum on the establishment of a logistic center for the Russian Navy in Sudan is in the process of ratification, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at a joint news conference with Sudanese Foreign Minister Ali al-Sadiq Ali.
