U.S. Navy Selects Leonardo DRS for Submarine Combat System.

The Technology Insertion Hardware (TI-26) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract covers the design, procurement, production, and support of various systems, including displays, workstations, processors, and network systems. Additionally, the contract includes engineering and technical services to ensure comprehensive support for the U.S. Navy’s Submarine Warfare Federated Tactical System.

Cari Ossenfort, senior vice president and general manager of the Leonardo DRS Naval Electronics business unit, expressed pride in being selected as the design agent for TI-26 and emphasized the company’s commitment to supporting this critical program for the U.S. Navy and its allies.

The TI-26 is part of an evolving family of display, processor, and network systems essential for the combat readiness of U.S. Navy submarines. The contract includes provisions for purchases by the U.S. Navy, the Foreign Military Sales program, and the Royal Australian Navy.
