Ukraine Deploys High-Speed Armored CB90 Boats to Counter Russian Forces in the Black Sea.

Ukraine announced on 24 June 2024,  the acquisition of three high-speed armored amphibious assault vessels, known as CB90 boats, which have been officially integrated into the Ukrainian military arsenal. This development is part of the "Steel Front" initiative led by Ukrainian businessman Rinat Akhmetov and was announced during a recent handing-over ceremony. The CB90 boats, with a total value of 165 million UAH, represent a substantial investment in the country's defensive and offensive capabilities at sea.
