Ukrainian designers are working on the creation of a small cruise missile with a jet engine. The missile is planned to be used to destroy targets and to exhaust the enemy's anti-aircraft defenses. PARS claims that the missile is capable of hitting targets at a 140 km distance. "Our simple missile is incomparably cheaper than the enemy's anti-aircraft missile systems", the developers say. According to the project, a salvo of 20 such missiles will allow overcoming the enemy's anti-aircraft defense and hit targets at a sufficient depth.

Volunteers want to deploy throughout Ukraine the production of individual parts and components of the rocket in the conditions of garage workshops. "There is no way the Russians will be able to destroy such an all-encompassing NarodOboronProm with their rusty S-300s or high-precision Kalibr missiles", the designers say. The warhead can have a thermobaric charge and a combined high-explosive charge of 20 kg.

The missile engine has no moving parts, is easy to manufacture, and runs on gasoline. The launch will be carried out from a pneumatic catapult.

Technical data of the "Trembita" cruise missile

Total weight: 100 kg
Weight of the warhead: 20 kg
