Border Guard of Ukraine receives mobile medical systems from the Netherlands
With the support of the Ministry of Defense of the Netherlands, it was possible to significantly strengthen the medical evacuation capabilities of the Ukrainian State Border Service. As part of the implementation of the international cooperation project, under the active coordination of the Embassy of the Netherlands in Ukraine, mobile systems of medical support were transferred to the sphere of management of the State Border Service. Their use makes it possible to build a system of medical and evacuation support of the State Border Guard Service according to the standards of the medical services of NATO countries.

The representative of the "Hospitainer" company, Bar-Jop Kruysen, noted that this time two Role 2 modules and four Role 1 modules (according to NATO standards) were provided for Ukrainian border guards. Also, the representatives of the Netherlands conducted training with the personnel of the medical units of the State Border Service on the deployment and use of the mentioned mobile complexes: “I am sincerely impressed with its configuration, its capabilities and ease of use. We can deploy a full-fledged hospital in autonomous mode in field conditions with its own operating room, pre-operative room, intensive care ward, laboratory, sterilization, reception and sorting department, everything is provided, even sanitary units, - Colonel of the Medical Service of the State Border Service Oleg Havrashenko shared his emotions. He emphasized that the mobile complexes provided by the Netherlands make it possible to bring the fastest medical care to the wounded, faster stabilization and, accordingly, shorter treatment times and faster recovery of servicemen closer to the advanced units”.
Also, during the training, the medical personnel of the State Border Service worked out the elements of operational-medical interaction and combat coordination while performing assigned tasks.
Even in the conditions of containment of full-scale Russian aggression, the State Border Service of Ukraine is being reformed and rearmed according to EU and NATO standards. We will remind you that earlier the border agency of Ukraine received mobile medical support modules from the Netherlands and is already using them effectively, saving the lives of our wounded heroes.
