Zelenskyy emphasized the need for specialized units for UAV operations, stressing comprehensive training, knowledge sharing, and the expansion of drone production to attract top engineering talent. Mykhailo Fedorov, Ukraine’s Minister of Digital Transformation, echoed these sentiments on Telegram, describing the decision as a catalyst for the technological advancement of the Armed Forces.
