Design |
The design of CZ 75 SP-01 Phantom is based of the standard version of the CZ 75 Sp-01 series. The CZ 75 SP-01 Phantom is a full 33% lighter than the steel framed models making it ideal for all day carry. Retaining the superior grip geometry of the SP-01, the Phantom has less perceived recoil than models of similar weight and power, and is unmatched in its natural point of aim. In addition to being 33 percent lighter than the steel-frame SP-01, the Phantom features one very significant upgrade—interchangeable backstraps. Two are included with the Phantom: a thicker arched unit and a thinner, flat-profile unit. Changing them requires driving out a crosspin at the base of the grip. The CZ 75 SP-01 Phantom is a single / double action pistol.

Ammunition |
The CZ 75 SP-01 uses the 9x19 cartridge 9mm caliber. The CZ 75 SP-01 Phantom has a 18+1 round capacity in 9mm and will also accept all previous CZ 75 model magazines (both full and restricted capacity). The purpose of this magazine configuration is to help prevent injury from the lanyard ring to the support hand when soundly seating magazines. The pistol will also accept standard flush-fitting, 16-round magazines.

Accessories |
Sights consisting of fiber optics front sight and tactical “Novak style” rear sight to promote much easier, faster and more accurate target acquisition. Round off edges of magazine well, substantially improve reloading. The tritium sights MEPROLIGHT type ML-17777 for CZ pistols involve a luminous front sight (tritium radiator of 0,565 GBq activity) and a luminous rear sight (2 tritium radiators of 0,444 GBq activity) that is installed at the pistol by means of precision dovetails. Tritium in the gaseous state (99% HT and 1% HTO) is enclosed in borosilicate glass ampoules with a luminescent element and these ampoules are fixed by glue into the metallic cap of the sight so that the manipulation and storage of the sights is not exposed to any risks. The CZ-75 SP-01 Phantom can be equipped with MIL-STD-1913 accessory rails which can accept a full range of tactical light and lasers.
