The
US Department of Defense confirmed that the it has ordered the company
Sikorsky to provide an additional fleet of eight specially configured
UH-60M Black Hawk helicopters to Mexico, for a total investment of $ 93.3
million. |

This
new negotiation took place exactly two weeks after the US DoD announced
another contract with Sikorsky to build 18 UH-60M helicopters for the
Mexican Air Force (FAM), whose value, considering the machinery and
equipments will be approximately $ 680 million. Aircraft must be delivered
on May 30, 2016.
