The four A400Ms will not replace the Royal Malaysian Air Force's Lockheed Martin C-130 Hercules, but serve to double the RMAF's airlift capacity. The RMAF's A400Ms are to be opertated by a new squadron, No 22 Sqn, formed for the aircraft.
The third aircraft will be delivered in late 2016 and the fourth will be coming home in early 2017. |
