Joint training between Australia and the United States.
On July 24, Exercise Talisman Saber ended. For two weeks, Australia and the United States were able to train and increase the interoperability of their air forces.

Exercise Talisman Sabre is a biennial, bilateral Australian and United States training activity that also includes additional participants from third party nations.
In this context, the US Air Force has deployed several aircraft in Australia, including F-22 Raptor, E-3C Sentry, KC-10 Extender and B-52 Stratofortress. For its part, Australia has mobilized F / A-18 Hornet and Super Hornet, EA-18G Growler and E-7A Wedgetail.
Autstalian Minister for Defence, Senator the Hon Linda Reynolds CSC said the exercise was designed to enhance combat readiness and interoperability between the Australian and United States Armed Forces.
