The
Third Brunei Darussalam International
Defence Exhibition (BRIDEX) 2011
will take place from 6th to 9th
July at the BRIDEX International
Conference Centre in Jerudong. The
first three days of the exhibition
is exclusive to trade visitors,
while the last two days will be
open to the public.
Following the theme, ‘Leveraging
Technology for Future Defence Needs’,
BRIDEX 2011 provides an engaging
platform for leading manufacturers,
suppliers and key decision makers
to showcase and deliberate on innovations
in the regional and global defence
and security industries.
Program
highlights include air-shows and
fleet review, rendering BRIDEX 2011
more than a convergence of expertise,
as it informs as well as entertains
patrons and participants through
such performances on the development
of the science, technology and defence
industry.
Join
BRIDEX 2011 this July 6 to 9 to
witness cutting-edge, value-enhancing
developments and solutions in the
science, technology and defence
industry. Exhibitors of over 250
companies are expected to showcase
their expertise and products over
the five-day event.
Organised by Royal Brunei Technical
Services (RBTS) for the second time
and supported by the Ministry of
Defence Brunei Darussalam (MinDef),
BRIDEX 2011 is slated to be a memorable
event to date with program highlights
such as exhilarating air-shows,
fleet reviews and a city parade.
BRIDEX
2011 kicks into gear with rapid
take-up of exhibiting space and
more partnerships forged with established
organisations, further making an
indelible mark in the International
Defence & Security Industry.
Surpassing expectations, BRIDEX
2011 is filling up all corners as
a result of overbooking by ten per
cent. Companies from France, India,
Indonesia, UK and Italy have expressed
interest to participate. Making
up one of the largest pavilions
at the exhibition is Turkey, which
recently confirmed a take-up of
500 sqm of raw space.
