About 300 SAM systems were delivered to Russian Armed Forces in 2015
Russian Armed Forces got over 1,000 armoured vehicles and about 300 surface-to-air missile (SAM) systems in 2015, according to Deputy Defense Minister, Yury Borisov.

"In 2015, the defense industry companies supplied a batch of new and renewed equipment to the Armed Forces, including over 1,000 armoured vehicles, 300 SAM systems, over 3,400 automotive vehicles," Borisov said during the defense production acceptance single day (March 11).

The Land Forces had also received about 22,000 communication means, 650 electronic warfare systems and two brigade sets of Iskander (NATO reporting name: SS-26 Stone) tactical surface-to-surface missile systems, Borisov added.
