GAL and ADVETI partner to provide logistics training courses to UAE aerospace logisticians | |||
EDIC subsidiary, Global Aerospace Logistics, LLC (GAL) announced the creation of a new training program in collaboration with Abu Dhabi Vocational Education and Training Institute (ADVETI).

The training program is designed to offer UAE citizens the opportunity to receive GAL sponsored training atADVETI which is considered one of the lead Institutes of technical and vocational education and training in the UAE. The programs offered at ADVETI have been specifically designed in consultation with Abu Dhabi industry and businesses. Upon completion of the program, ADVETI graduates are employable and ready to meet the requirements of the Nation. ADVETI mission is to empower Emiratis with the competencies needed to contribute to the Nation’s future development through workplace focused, lifelong technical and vocational education and training
“GAL provides full service aircraft maintenance and logistics support solutions,” said Mr Abdulla Murad Al Balooshi, GAL’s CEO. “Logistics and Supply Chain Management is fast becoming a critical part of our service offering and GAL’s sponsorship of this program highlights our commitment to Emiratization and strengthening the UAE’s defence industry". Dr. Abdul Rahman Jassim Hammadi, ADVETI Managing Director said: “The signing of this Memorandum of Understanding will serve the UAE national workforce by deploying a great number of Emirati students to join this importantIndustry field and fulfills the main purpose of ADVETI which is to graduate students who are in demand and to provide them with education and training skills to meet the needs of industry, business and government.” |
