The Striker UL and HP series will be available in various cuts and styles including the ACH, MICH, and PASGT. HighCom’s new models have been tested to meet and exceed ballistic resistance as specified under NIJ Standard 0106.01 as well as Mil Std 662F according to STANAG 2920. HighCom’s entire helmet line are built to exceed industry standards and sales of our current lightweight solutions have already exceeded 100,000 units. HighCom’s helmets are designed using the most advanced ballistic materials including UHMWPE.
“During this process we acquired vital feedback from our customers deployed in mission critical situations around the world and came up with a solution to defeat the increasing threats and velocities they face while reducing the cost.” said Michael Bundy, President of HighCom Security. These models will be commercially available and sold through HighCom’s global distribution network to Law Enforcement, Federal, Military and Special Ops personnel seeking the most advanced and best performing hard armor protection. These helmets will also be available with all HighCom solutions worldwide, both direct and via the Company’s General Services Administration (“GSA”) schedule. |
