Yugoimport from Serbia unveils new Milosh 4x4 multipurpose armoured vehicle at IDEX 2017.
At IDEX 2017, the International Defence Exhibition in Abu Dhabi (UAE), the Serbian state Defense Company Yugoimport unveils the Milosh, a new 4x4 armoured vehicle personnel carrier fully designed and developed in Serbia.
     
At IDEX 2017, the International Defence Exhibition in Abu Dhabi (UAE), the Serbian state Defense Company Yugoimport unveils the Milosh, a new 4x4 armoured vehicle personnel carrier fully designed and developed in Serbia.
     
With the Milosh, YugoImport has designed a new 4x4 combat vehicle that response to the new needs of modern armed forces. The layout of the vehicle is based on an monocoque hull with the engine at the front, the crew in the middle and the troops compartment at the rear.
 

One of the key feature of the YugoImport Milosh vehicle is the capacity of the troops to have a good overview about the situational awareness from inside the vehicle thanks to the large windscreen and four small bullet proof windows on each side of the hull, and one more at the rear of the vehicle.

The Milosh can carried a total of eight military personnel with four seats at the front of the vehicle and four seats at the rear, with the troops being seated down either side facing inwards.

There is two single doors on each side at the front of the hull, and a large power-operated ramp in the hull rear that opens downwards.

The armament of the Milosh consists of one remotely operated weapon station located on the roof of vehicle which is armed with a 12.7mm machine gun. To increase the self-protection of the vehicle, six 82mm smoke grenade launchers are mounted at the rear top part of the troops compartment.

The Milosh is motorized with a Cummins ISB 300 developing 300 hp. coupled to an automatic transmission Allison 3500SP with 6 forward gears and one reverse. The vehicle can run at a maximum speed of 110 km/h.
