Several international defense companies showcase their latest innovations of military products at DSEI 2023, a defense exhibition in London, UK. (Picture source Army Recognition)


Polaris Government & Defense made a significant impression with the unveiling of its new Polaris MRZR Artic mobility capability all-terrain vehicle. This robust vehicle promises to redefine mobility in challenging terrains, ensuring that defense forces can reach even the most inaccessible locations.

Milanion NTGS, in collaboration with Polaris, presented the Alakran light 81mm mortar system. This unique system is mounted on a Polaris 4x4 all-terrain vehicle, combining mobility with firepower in a compact package.

Elbit Systems from Israel was not to be left behind, displaying its comprehensive range of military products. Among the highlights were the PULSE MLRS, Atmos and Sigma wheeled self-propelled howitzers, and a variety of artillery ammunition. The company also unveiled its new 120mm mortar turret, aptly named the Crossbow, further expanding its artillery offerings.

Rheinmetall, a name synonymous with advanced defense solutions, showcased a series of innovations. The Skynex anti-drone weapon system, mounted on a flatbed truck, promises to be a game-changer in drone defense. The company also exhibited the KF41, its latest generation of tracked armored IFV (Infantry Fighting Vehicle). Not stopping there, Rheinmetall revealed the Boxer 8x8 armored vehicle, equipped with an unmanned weapon station armed with a 35mm automatic cannon. Additionally, the Caracal 4x4 air assault vehicle was another highlight from the company's extensive display.

The Ukrainian defense sector made its presence felt with Spetstechnoexport introducing the Punisher, a small fixed-wing reusable UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle). This was followed by the unveiling of a new kamikaze drone, showcasing the advancements in drone technology. The Boxer Jet 8 FPV (first-person view) drone was another significant reveal from Ukraine, emphasizing the nation's focus on cutting-edge drone solutions.

Lastly, HD Hyundai Heavy Industries showcased its naval prowess with a display of its full range of naval platforms. The HCX-23, HDF-4000, HDP-2200+, and HDL-10000 stood as testaments to the company's commitment to naval defense solutions.
