The Milosh is engineered with a self-supporting hull that forms the backbone of the vehicle. This design choice enhances its structural integrity and durability. The vehicle also incorporates modern drive and transmission assemblies, coupled with an independent suspension system. These features collectively contribute to the Milosh's high mobility across diverse terrains and under varying weather conditions. With a maximum combat weight exceeding 14 tons, the vehicle is built to withstand the rigors of modern warfare.

In terms of performance, it can achieve a maximum speed of 110 km/h. Its ability to navigate slopes of up to 60% and side slopes of 30% further attests to its agility and adaptability. The vehicle can overcome vertical obstacles up to 0.5 meters and trenches as wide as 0.8 meters. Additionally, it has a fording capability of 0.9 meters and a turning radius of just 8 meters, offering superior maneuverability in confined spaces.

The 12.7mm M87 HMG turret is designed to neutralize a variety of ground targets, including light armored vehicles, logistic vehicles, and command posts, at effective ranges up to 2,000 meters. The weapon is also capable of engaging air targets such as low-flying aircraft, helicopters, UAVs, and even paratroopers at ranges up to 1,500 meters. With a rate of fire between 680 and 800 rounds per minute and a muzzle velocity of 845 m/s, the turret is highly effective in both anti-ground and anti-air operations.

The Milosh has a length of 5.45 meters (without a winch), a height of 2.30 meters, and a width of 2.51 meters. Its wheelbase measures 2.05 meters. The empty vehicle weight stands at 12.8 tons, while its maximum weight is 14 tons.
