The DTI would like to integrate these munitions into the new Thai D11A, a local version of the multi-caliber Precise and Universal Launching System (PULS) from Elbit Systems. This integration aims to improve the ammunition options of the D11A, thereby adding significant capability to the Thai military arsenal.

According to the DTI discussions were ongoing with Elbit Systems regarding a potential program to locally develop and integrate SkyStriker into the D11A. However, this program has not yet been formalized in an official proposal.

Elbit Systems' SkyStriker is known for its ability to locate, acquire, and engage designated targets with a five or 10-kg warhead mounted in its fuselage. These munitions have a range of up to 100 km and an estimated service ceiling of 4,570 m. The endurance of the ammunition varies depending on the weight of the warhead; with a 5 kg warhead, it can loiter for two hours, while a 10 kg warhead cuts this time in half.

The potential for SkyStriker integration into PULS was presented by Elbit Systems in September 2022 at the Azerbaijan International Defense Exhibition (ADEX). At the exhibition, the Israeli company presented several rocket launchers integrated into the Russian KAMAZ-63502 8x8 truck, equipped with a pod capable of launching six SkyStriker munitions.

This development represents an important step in the modernization of Thailand's military capabilities, particularly in precision strikes and surveillance operations. The integration of SkyStriker into the D11A could provide the Thai Armed Forces with a more versatile and effective tool for various tactical scenarios.
