Ukraine’s defense presence at MSPO 2024 is marked by introducing cutting-edge defense systems and technologies. Under the banner of SAUDI, the Ukrainian defense industry is playing a crucial role in addressing modern warfare needs. SAUDI emphasizes its defense manufacturing capabilities, demonstrating that the nation remains a key player in Europe’s military ecosystem.

Among the highlights of Ukraine's presence is Kvertus, a defense company specializing in counter-drone solutions and weapon systems. With the increasing threat posed by drone warfare, Kvertus has developed sophisticated technologies aimed at neutralizing UAVs. Their systems are designed to detect, jam, and intercept enemy drones, providing a robust defense against aerial threats. Alongside these counter-drone systems, Kvertus is also presenting a selection of advanced weapon systems, reinforcing Ukraine’s focus on modernizing its military capabilities.

In the UAV sector, Ukraine is unveiling its Shark and Mini-Shark Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, demonstrating its drone technology prowess. These UAVs are designed for both reconnaissance and tactical missions, offering advanced surveillance capabilities with high endurance and range. The Shark series is expected to significantly enhance battlefield awareness and provide ground forces with real-time intelligence.

Athlon-Avia, another prominent Ukrainian defense company, is showcasing its ACM-1000, Furia, Furia 2, and ST-35 aerial drones. These drones cater to a variety of military needs, including surveillance, target acquisition, and battlefield assessment. Athlon-Avia's UAVs are known for their reliability and performance in harsh environments, making them valuable assets for Ukraine's defense forces and international clients.

Ukraine Armor unveiled the new Varta 2 4x4 armored vehicle and the Protector Unmanned Ground Vehicle (UGV) on the armored vehicle front. The Varta 2 is designed for troop transport and high-level protection against ballistic threats, offering enhanced mobility and armor. The Protector UGV, meanwhile, is an autonomous platform equipped for reconnaissance and combat support missions. Both vehicles highlight Ukraine’s ability to develop advanced land systems to meet modern military demands.

The Ukrainian defense industry’s presence at MSPO 2024 underscores the country’s resilience and innovation, as it continues to enhance its military capabilities despite ongoing challenges.
