Delivery of corvette Merkuriy to Russia postponed to 2023.
According to information published by Tass on October 25, 2022, the delivery of Project 20380 (NATO reporting name: Steregushchy-class) multirole corvette Merkuriy (Mercury) to the Russian Navy may be postponed to early 2023.

TASS reported earlier that the Merkuriy was planned to be delivered to the Navy by October 2022.
In August, the shipbuilders sea and state trials of the corvette were nearing completion, work to remove the imperfections revealed by the state commission was in progress.
About corvette
The Merkuriy is the fifth Project 20380 corvette built at the Severnaya Verf Shipyard (part of Russia’s United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC)). It is armed with the Uran (SS-N-25 Switchblade) missile system of two four-container-type launchers with an ammunition load of eight Kh-35U (AS-20 Kayak) missiles with a firing range of 260 km (161 mi).
The corvette designated as Retivy was laid down on February 20, 2015. On October 15, 2021, a decision was made to rename the corvette into Merkuriy.
The ship will have a length of 104.5 m (343 ft), a beam of 13 m (43 ft), and a draught of 3.7 m (12 ft). She will reach a top speed of 27 knots (50 km/h; 31 mph).
Merkuriy has a standard displacement of 1,800 tons, a range of 3,800 nautical miles (7,000 km; 4,400 mi) at 14 knots (26 km/h; 16 mph). She can carry a complement of 90 sailors.
During the construction of Project 20380/20386 multi-purpose corvettes, stealth technology is used. The latest solutions to reduce the physical fields of the corvette have been implemented.
In particular, radar visibility has been significantly reduced due to the use of slow-burning glass-reinforced plastics with radio absorption properties as a superstructure material, as well as due to the design of the hull and the superstructure.
