The RNOV Al Mubshir (S11) is a High-Speed Support Vessel (HSSV) operating under the Royal Navy of Oman. Constructed by Austal Limited in Henderson, Western Australia, this vessel was delivered shortly before its counterpart, the RNOV Al Naasir (S12).

The RNOV Al Mubshir, now active in the Gulf of Oman and the Arabian Sea, boasts a spacious 900-square-meter vehicle deck. It has the capacity to accommodate 260 troops and can achieve speeds up to 38 knots.

Crafted from durable aluminium, the vessel is designed to support a multitude of naval operations. This includes helicopter activities, rapid deployment of military personnel and cargo, as well as humanitarian and disaster relief missions.

Furthermore, the vessel's design is equipped for search and rescue operations in various conditions. Drawing from the design of the 103-meter Expeditionary Fast Transport vessel used by the US Navy, the RNOV Al Mubshir is a blend of technical sophistication and multi-mission flexibility.
