Nigerian Navy to receive two new Sea Eagle patrol boats from Malaysia next month.

According to information published by @Jakepor21 on August 14, 2024, the Nigerian Navy is preparing to receive two new 38-meter Sea Eagle patrol boats, designated P197 and P198.

These vessels were constructed by Malaysian shipbuilders KN Aluminum & Engineering Sdn Bhd (KNAE) and Northern Shipyard Sdn Bhd, with the project reaching completion within a 24-month timeframe. The patrol boats are scheduled for delivery next month. The transfer will be carried out using a cargo vessel, with the destination set for Apapa Port, Nigeria.
