Launched by Defence Services Asia (DSA), Natsec Asia 2018 provides a great opportunity to present innovative technology to the country’s Ministry of Defense, Royal Malaysian Police and other security and defence markets representatives.

”This year we are highlighting our smart tethered drone stations (Ligh-T and Safe-T) and Orion, the next generation tethered drone intended for persistent aerial surveillance, continuous aerial broadcasting, complex industrial inspection and traffic monitoring. Our tethered systems allow defence and security units to make quick decisions with a detailed knowledge of their environment thanks to the real-time images provided instantly and fully secured through the tether,” said Guilhem de Marliave, CEO and co-founder of Elistair.

Elistair provides its systems to national, civilian, and private security actors. Since its creation in 2014, the French start-up has become a significant actor in the aerial surveillance and temporary telecommunications market. This is thanks to its tethering stations for drones, offering unlimited autonomy and fully secured data transfer.

The start-up quickly became one of the international leaders in the tethered drones market with references such as Thales, the French Defense Procurement Agency (DGA), US Army, Vodafone, Nokia and Securitas, as well as many European and Asian police forces. Since 2014, Elistair has been experiencing a very active growth in the security, defence, and telecommunication sectors.

Elistair is supported by the DGA in the frame of RAPID program, and is involved in the Horizon 2020 European project.
