The Ground Forces will show the latest hardware at the Army-2017 Forum, which will be held from 22 to 27 August in the Patriot Park near Moscow, Commander-in-Chief of the Ground Forces, Colonel-General Oleg Salyukov told reporters.
"Specialists at the Ground Forces’ Main Command and educational institutions are planning to present an exhibition of innovative achievements and demonstrate modern weapons, military and special equipment to the business and scientific communities, as well as to a wide audience of spectators," he said, noting that the exhibits will be on display at the Congress and Exhibition Center in the Patriot Park and at the Alabino training ground.

"The guests and participants of the forum will see weapons and military equipment that are actively being fielded to the Ground Forces, for example, the BTR-82A armored personnel carrier, the T-72B3 tank, the Iskander-M theater missile system, the Tigr-M motor vehicle carrying the Arbalet-DM remote-controlled weapon station, which increases the operational effectiveness of weapons," said Salyukov, adding that the Msta-SM self-propelled howitzer, Khosta self-propelled artillery gun and Tor-M2 SAM system’s TELAR vehicle will also be showcased.
