The
825 Artillery Fire Control System is Chinese-made radar especially designed
to be used with anti-aircraft 57/35mm artillery weapon systems. This
radar system is developed and manufactured by the Company Sichuan Electronics
Military Industries Group Co. Ltd (SEMIC) is a regional company which
was established in 2007 in Sichuan Province, China. It is formed by
one research institute, six 2nd level sub-companies and nineteen 3rd
level companies. The development and production of the complete system
of the electronics equipment such as the land-based fire control radar
and the ultra-low altitude intelligence radar are the core activities
of the company. At CIDEX 2012, International Defence Electronics Exhibition
in Beijing, SEMIC has unveiled a video showing the Iranian armed forces
using the new Chinese-made 825 artillery fire control system with the
Iranian made Samavat
35mm towed anti-aircraft twin cannon. |
