The total estimated program cost is $147.5 million.

"The proposed sale will improve the recipient's capability in current and future defensive efforts. The recipient will use the enhanced capability as a deterrent to regional threats and to strengthen homeland defense," the DSCA said

"Currently, market research is being conducted to determine the viability of a qualified contractor in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purchaser typically requests offsets, but any offsets will be determined between the purchaser and the contractor," the Agency added.

Both missiles are currently produced by the US-based company Raytheon.
The AGM-154C JSOW is a medium range precision guided weapon especially designed for engagement of defended targets. The "C" variant features an Imaging Infrared (IIR) terminal seeker with autonomous guidance and carries the two stage BROACH warhead.

The AGM-88B High-speed Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM) is a tactical, air-to-surface missile. HARM's primary mission is to suppress or destroy surface-to-air missile radar and radar-directed air defense artillery systems.
