For the first time in its history, Nurol Makina will take part in the FEINDEF exhibition, scheduled to take place in Madrid from May 12 to 14, 2025. This strategic event for the European defense industry will provide the Turkish company with an opportunity to present its new generation tactical wheeled armored vehicle, the NMS-L. Accompanied by its recently established subsidiaries in the United Kingdom (NMSUK) and Hungary (Nurol Makina Hungary), Nurol Makina will use this occasion to highlight its European ambitions through a product offering focused on mobility, protection, and modularity.

The NMS-L is a light, modular, and highly mobile armored vehicle, specifically designed to meet the operational demands of special forces and units operating in complex urban and rural environments. Featuring an advanced suspension system that adapts to various terrains, the vehicle offers a high level of maneuverability on the battlefield. Its design incorporates protection against ballistic threats and mines, ensuring a high level of safety for crew and transported personnel. This level of protection, combined with its compact structure, makes the NMS-L suitable for a wide range of missions, including ammunition transport and tactical or logistical support.

Beyond its technical specifications, the NMS-L reflects Nurol Makina’s industrial strategy aimed at establishing a long-term presence in the European market. By setting up production facilities in Hungary and the United Kingdom, the Turkish manufacturer is enhancing its ability to respond to European procurement processes and build new industrial partnerships. FEINDEF 2025 therefore, represents a key opportunity for the company to demonstrate its expertise and explore potential regional cooperation. Nurol Makina representatives will be located at booth C-04 in Hall 8 to meet visitors and present their solutions.

With more than three decades of experience in the defense sector, Nurol Makina has become a leading player in the development of 4x4 armored vehicles. Founded in 1976, the company has been active in defense since 1992 and manufactures its vehicles in modern facilities based in Ankara. Its portfolio includes the Ejder Yalçın, Yörük (NMS), NMS-L, Ejder TOMA, Ilgaz, and Ejder Kunter models, which are in service with the Turkish Armed Forces, the Gendarmerie General Command, and the General Directorate of Security, as well as in several foreign countries.

Today, Nurol Makina’s presence extends to more than twenty countries, where its vehicles have been deployed in demanding operational contexts, including NATO missions and United Nations peacekeeping operations. Their performance in conflict-intensive zones has contributed to the company’s growing international footprint.

Nurol Makina’s participation in FEINDEF 2025 is part of a broader international expansion strategy and marks a significant step toward deeper integration into the European defense ecosystem. With the NMS-L, the company is not merely introducing a new vehicle, but positioning itself to meet European operational standards through localized, adaptable, and mission-ready industrial solutions.

The NMS-L illustrates Nurol Makina’s transition toward an export-oriented defense model, combining modular design, technical functionality, and regional production capabilities. Its display at FEINDEF 2025, against the backdrop of growing defense requirements in Europe, could pave the way for new strategic partnerships.
