The new after-sales support system will reduce time and costs required for maintenance of Rosoboronexport's systems, such as the T-72B3 presented at KADEX 2016.

The information system that has been developed will also cover the training requirements. Its use would be available to the customer’s units and subunits and would facilitate the involvement of the customer country’s defence industrial units.

According to Rosoboronexport, the new after-sales service system has undergone comprehensive tests and is already in service with the Russian Armed Forces.

Esen Topoev, Advisor to the Director General of Rosoboronexport and head of the joint Rostec and Rosoboronexport delegation at KADEX 2016, said “Previous approaches to after-sales service, based on obsolete technologies, have been completely outdated. That is why Russia offers a comprehensive solution, which will allow our partners to move to a qualitatively new after-sales service system within the shortest possible time and at a reasonable price. This will significantly improve fighting capabilities of their land forces.”
